Cancellation Policy
Your refund amount depends on when you cancel your appointment:
Early Cancellation
Cancel more than 4 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund of your payment.
Standard Cancellation
Cancel 1-4 hours before your appointment and receive a partial refund of 50% of your payment.
Late Cancellation
Cancel less than 1 hour before your appointment or no-show and no refund will be provided.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to the same timeframes as cancellations. Any applicable fees will be applied to your new appointment date.
Artist Cancellations
If we need to cancel due to artist illness or emergency, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
Extreme Weather
In cases of severe weather that impacts travel safety, we may need to reschedule appointments. Our team will contact you directly.

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
addWe have a 15-minute grace period. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your artist may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time. If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?
addYes! Rescheduling is subject to the same timeframes as cancellations. Reschedule more than 4 hours in advance for no fee, 1-4 hours in advance for a 50% fee, and less than 1 hour in advance for full fee. Your payment will be applied to your new appointment minus any applicable fees.
