We have a 15-minute grace period. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your artist may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time. If you're more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.

Yes! Rescheduling is subject to the same timeframes as cancellations. Reschedule more than 4 hours in advance for no fee, 1-4 hours in advance for a 50% fee, and less than 1 hour in advance for full fee. Your payment will be applied to your new appointment minus any applicable fees.
